Contemporary culture, including politics, religion, and entertainment. Of course, I reserve the right to write about whatever I want. Such are the benefits of an ownership society.

Who is the guy in the picture?

My great-grandfather (more specifically, my father’s grandfather). His picture was chosen not only because it is a great, vaguely Teddy Roosevelt-ian image, but because it conveys traits which I respect and admire: Strength. Modesty. Optimism (note the upward gaze of his eyes). And the ability to grow a huge honkin’ mustache.
